All horses have their own unique stride characteristics, their ownbiometric. The Pegasus system can be used to produce a biometric for the specific horses in the care of a veterinary practice.

Stride characteristics of any horse normally change with injury or llness. The Pegasus system measures these stride characteristics.

Measured when healthy, the horse’s data can be monitored and compared with the original data as an indicator of illness or lameness.

This will boost customer confidence and inform the vet how effectively treatment is working.

Using the Pegasus system also adds a new diagnostic tool for the vet or physiotherapist, being able to offer new services.
